Our dear friend Sam, a devoted and long-time employee of Burlington Golf and Country Club, is facing the fight of her life. A loving mother to her 7-year-old son, Sam is known for her unstoppable work ethic, boundless generosity, and the way she’s always first to lend her time, experience, and wisdom to others.

Now, she needs us.

Sam has been diagnosed with a serious form of cancer and is beginning an aggressive six-week treatment plan, involving daily chemotherapy and radiation. This journey will be physically, emotionally, and financially demanding. Her husband will need to take time away from work to care for Sam and their young son—time that comes without pay.
