Sam Reynolds is a shining star, dear friend and talented hospice social worker who has dedicated his life to helping others. Recently, Sam's life was turned upside down by a cancer diagnosis of lymphoma that came with an aggressive chemotherapy treatment plan. Halfway through his treatments, the cancer and chemo have taken a toll on Sam’s health & he is no longer able to work with his healthcare team caring for the patients he adores.

Now that Sam is a full time patient himself, out of pocket medical costs & living expenses continue to mount. Sam has a work family that is able to spend time with him and help him, but additional financial help with medical and living expenses is greatly needed.
