It is with heavy hearts and deep sorrow that we bid farewell to a beloved member of the TWM Racing Products family, Sam Gorham. Sam has been an integral part of our organization since 1988, contributing his passion, dedication, and unwavering commitment for an incredible 36 years. His impact on our team and the racing community at large is immeasurable, and his legacy will forever be etched in our hearts.
Sam was not just a colleague; he was a friend, a mentor, and a source of inspiration for all who had the privilege of knowing him. His friendly nature, infectious smile, and genuine love for the racing community made him a cherished figure among his peers. Sam's positive attitude and warm spirit created an atmosphere of camaraderie, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of those he encountered throughout his career and life on Earth.
Beyond the racing circuit, Sam was a devoted single father to his two beloved children, Mattie (17) and Matt (21). His love for them was boundless, and his commitment to their well-being was evident in every aspect of his life. As we come together to remember and celebrate Sam's remarkable journey, let us also extend our support to his children during this difficult time.
Tragically, Sam passed away on Sunday, February 25th, after bravely battling ALS. In honor of his memory and to assist Mattie and Matt with funeral costs and memorial arrangements, we have initiated this GoFundMe fundraiser. Your generosity will provide solace to his grieving family and help ease the financial burden they now face. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a meaningful impact and honor Sam's legacy of compassion and camaraderie.
In closing, let us remember Sam for the joy he brought into our lives, the friendships he forged, and the lasting imprint he left on the racing community. His spirit will live on in the memories we shared, the races we won together, and the lessons he imparted to us all.
May you rest in peace, Sam Gorham, a true friend, and an even greater father.
