Sam lost his right leg in a hunting accident. For those wanting send donations, we set this up! Proceeds will be used for Sam to acquire necessary equipment around the house, etc for safety and common day tasks. Any excess will be shared with charitable organizations that help youth athletic groups like sled hockey, for example.
