Help Sam and His Dog Have a Place to Call Home after Helene
Donation protected
Sam needs our help again! For those of you who grew up with Sam, you already know what a special person he is. He has always been kind and would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. I’m Lesley Litaker and I, like many of you, grew up with Sam Cutshaw in Arden, NC. Although I have moved a couple of hours away, we have always kept in touch and are able to visit when I’m in town. We are lifetime friends and I am very burdened by his current circumstances.
During Hurricane Helene, a tree destroyed his mobile home. He is essentially homeless, although he has had some help with temporary housing, which runs out very soon, and he desperately needs a place to call home. If anyone deserves help to get back on his feet, it's Sam! Previously, he had shared expenses with his mother and a roommate, but both passed away within a couple of weeks of each other a few years ago. Now, he and his beloved little dog can only rely on the monthly amount he receives from being disabled.
He would love to someday own a particular mobile home that he has dreamed of for years. I would love it if we could prayerfully provide that for him—or at the very least, help him as much as possible to make his dream come true. Will you please consider donating? Either way, he and all other hurricane victims definitely need to be lifted up in prayer. You can also help by sharing this link so others may pray and contribute as well. Thank you so much for considering a contribution toward this endeavor.
