Help Sam - Former Iraqi Translator

Hi, my name is Allen Vaught, a former U.S. Army captain who served in Iraq. I am raising money to help one of my former Iraqi translators named "Sam" transition to living in the United States.

Sam was one of the first translators I hired in Fallujah, Iraq in 2003. He had to flee Iraq because of threats against him for working with us. He has been a refugee for many years, but arrives in Dallas, Texas on June 3, 2022.

Any help you can provide in assisting Sam to get on his feet and establish his new life in the United States is welcomed. Thank you.
