L’acqua alta a Venezia che da giorni persiste, ha piegato Mea Libera Tutti, l’unico negozio presente nel centro storico in grado di garantire alimenti per celiaci. Punto di riferimento per chiunque volesse servire piatti senza glutine in sicurezza con i suoi corsi gratuiti o eventi..
Abbiamo perso irrimediabilmente 11 frigoriferi su 14, tutti i prodotti che erano all’interno e quelli che la marea di quella notte tremenda con 1,87 cm di acqua si è portata via con sé... inoltre si è sollevato una parte importante del pavimento, è scoppiata una vetrata etc.. oltre tutto l’acqua alta che da diciassette giorni non ci dà tregua, sommata al tempo in cui dovremo star chiusi per i lavori, creano anche un mancato guadagno... Purtroppo se non ci aiutate saremo costretti a chiudere.
Siamo davvero distrutti perché MEA è molto più di un semplice negozio... l’acqua ha spazzato via 10 anni di sforzi immani atti a fare di Venezia una città a misura di celiaco. Il nostro dolore è grande e la nostra impotenza è reale e tangibile. Noi ce la stiamo mettendo tutta per resistere e non chiudere, insieme ce la possiamo fare! Se potete aiutateci, aiutateci a salvare Mea Libera Tutti. Saremo infinitamente grati dal profondo del nostro cuore a chiunque potrà aiutarci
The floods in Venice that has been going on for days now and have taken a toll on Mea Libera Tutti, the only store in Venice downtown able to provide food for celiacs. Point of reference for anyone who wants to serve safely gluten-free dishes thanks to the free courses and events organised.
We have irretrievably lost 11 fridges of the 14 we had, all the products that were inside and those that that awful flood of 1.87 cm has taken away. Moreover, an important part of the floor is also raised, a window burst and so on. Furthermore, the high water, that for seventeen days is giving us no respite, added to the time in which we will have to be closed for the reparation work, both create a lost of profit. If you do not help us we will be forced to close.
We are really destroyed because MEA is much more than just a shop .
The water has wiped out 10 years of enormous efforts to make Venice a city for celiacs peoples. Our pain is great and our powerlessness is real and tangible. We are trying hard to resist and not close, together we can do it!! Please help us save Mea Libera Tutti!
