My name is Coen and I play for Salvesen CFC in Edinburgh. The club was founded 72 years ago for local kids and is a thriving local football club blending tradition with a modern football ethos.

The 2015 group comprises three teams and we're hoping to raise funds to support all the players across these teams with kit, pitch rentals, additional professional training and non-league fixtures with Academy / Pele level teams throughout Scotland.

Any additional monies make a huge difference to the environment the teams have to train and play in. The club ethos believes all players should have access to opportunities and development regardless of social background and experience.

If you can donate just a pound then it will make a difference. All the pounds add up and this will ensure that players get to thrive, have fun and develop in their pursuit of football for enjoyment and competition.

Opportunities have to be earned though, and to reflect that we're going to put in the effort. On November 22nd the 2015's will be running from Arthurs Seat in Edinburgh to Portobello. A 10k run for those that can and an option for a 5k stint for the others. You pound the fundraiser and we'll pound the pavement to earn it.
