Hello! Antonio Palomba is my father. About a week ago he was diagnosed with complete atrioventricular block symptoms (third degree) for heart failure and because of this, he urgently requires the implant of a cardiac pacemaker. Because of Venezuela's situation it's very difficult for us to buy this medical device and pay for the medical tests that my father needs in order to perform the surgery. This surgery will be performed at a public hospital and we need money to buy the surgical equipment for this procedure because the hospital lacks them. The reality is that we don't have a lot of time, my father's health weakens day after day. He can't sleep at night because he has trouble breathing, he chokes easily and has the possibility of fainting. We reached out to you with all of our heart for whatever you can contribute to help us. These are difficult times all around the world, but we know there is always a friendly hand that may help. Please, help my father. He is a good person, whose only wish, today more than ever, is to stay by his wife and daughter's side.
