For over a decade, Salvador Mendez, has greeted us on Sunday mornings with impeccable manners and a generous smile at 51 Fifth Avenue. He will be retiring from the 51 Fifth Avenue Owners Corp. at the end of the month. His last day in the building will be July 28th.

Salvador has been a part of the 51 Fifth Avenue Owners Corp community since April of 2012. As he prepares to retire soon, let's come together to express our appreciation and thank him for all his hard work, courteous manner, professionalism, and loyalty. To acknowledge our gratitude for his hard work, dedication, and loyalty to the building, we are establishing this fund to raise money for a special retirement gift from the residents of the building. Your contribution will help us honor Salvador's dedication.
