Coming to Public Broadcasting Stations this April
February is Rotary's Peace Month. Rotary International President Holger Knack, in his Rotarian magazine article, called out the work of the Rotarian Action Group for Peace (RAG)! RAG co-founder Al Jubitz and his wife Nancy generously donated to Future Wave, our 501 (c) 3 nonprofit, the capstone donation which enabled us get our film distributed out to all the public televisions stations in the country.
Rotary International President-Elect Shekhar Mehta said:
"I was absolutely bowled over by Garry Davis in that movie that you showed -- I loved it! Absolutely. It was great. And I always think when you have such crazy thoughts, people will first laugh at you. And when they laugh at you, you can be sure you are on the right path."
Shekhar encouraged our "Salute to Rotary" before the film, got Rotary International to approve it, and said Go, spread the good word of Rotary."*
