I am a small business that consist of me and two tractors on September 8 unfortunately I was involved in an accident with one tractor and it rolled over and landed on my leg and I needed to have it amputated below the knee.  I understand a recovery is very doable and I will be able to return to normal life with a prosthetic. But while I was in the hospital the county sheriffs department had my tractor up-righted and towed to a local tow yard. And now they are wanting $13,000 to release it and get it back in my possession this was unbeknownst to me until a couple days later when I was able to retrieve messages and be in contact with loved ones.  I am fortunate enough to have my medical bills covered I have no money For day-to-day living due to the economic situations this country is facing I need to resume with my tractor service as soon as possible but have no way of retrieving my pieces equipment from this tow yard I so would appreciate any help that anyone could send my way.
