I have been a hairstylist for over three decades and in business in Mexico City for over a year now and have 8 employees that I have been able to pay a higher than average salary, where my employees have a living wage than what's normally paid here in Mexico. I love seeing the confidence and self-respect blossoming within my team of artists.
