Salon Daniel Fundraiser

August 4, 2020 was a day that shattered my heart, the hearts of my fellow Lebanese people, and the rest of the world. Lebanon has experienced dark times, but nothing as devastating as the effects of COVID-19 followed by the massive explosion. Lebanon needs our help right now. As most of you know, I was born and raised in Lebanon and moved to the Washington DC area in 1985 leaving my parents and family behind. I worked really hard since I arrived to help provide for my family back home as the Lebanese economy has not been stable. Lebanon needs my help now more than ever. On September 5, I will travel to Lebanon and through the support of the mayor of Dekweneh Beirut , a great resource to help this town directly, we are being connected to local families in need to help repair their broken homes. Since the food need has been met, now it is time to rebuild. $500 can put a house back into working condition (ie- repair broken glass and provide basic necessities like a microwave, pots, pans) I personally guarantee that every dollar that you donate will go directly to repairing and rebuilding the homes of the victims and survivors of this unimaginable tragedy. In addition to your generous donations, I personally commit to rebuilding 4 homes with my personal contribution. I am so grateful for any contribution no matter how big or small.
