Help Salma escape agression on Gaza,Secure Insulin

I am Hayam Abu-Shaaban, residing with my family in the Gaza Strip. I am 37 years old mother of five children. The eldest is 15, while the youngest just turned 4 today amidst the ongoing aggression on Gaza. We were forced to flee our once-warm home to escape the threat to our lives. Our home, along with my workplace, which was crucial for our livelihood, has been heavily bombed and destroyed.

We are currently living a miserable condition in a shelter, sharing space with 35 others. I am struggling to provide my children with the basic needs; clean water, essential medications or food.
The experiences of war in Gaza have deeply impacted my kids, causing significant fear and stress. They no longer feel settled or safe, having lost not only their warm home but also favourite belongings such as clothes, toys, and books. The trauma extends to the loss of beloved friends and teachers, leaving my children feeling unsettled and insecure.

My 13-year-old daughter, Salma, is a unique basketball player and a remarkable student, she is also a resilient fighter against diabetes, a battle she has faced since the age of 2. Unfortunately, due to the barbaric circumstances of this war, Salma is running out of her essential insulin medications and blood check strips. This scarcity is leading to improper blood sugar control, exacerbated by the horrific conditions and stress she is currently enduring.

The ongoing aggression and shortage of medication have created a persistent struggle to secure the necessary diabetic supplies for my daughter. I live in constant fear, deeply distressed by the fact that I am unable to guarantee a consistent and steady supply of insulin for her.

Our goal is to raise $63,000 which will assist my family to safely relocate to Egypt and get the necessities for my kids for a proper settlment to start a new and safe beginning.
Each donation, regardless of size, brings us close to our goal. This campaign is a call for unity and support for a family that have lost everything back home but insist to save the lives, future and mental health for its kids. Your assistance is not just financial support, it represents solidarity and hope for a safer future
