Mid Life Crisis alert! I have been feeling rather down about turning 50 this year so have decided to set myself some challenges. Last week I competed in a Metrix competition and in May I am taking part in another more crazy and challenging fitness event called Hyrox. It is extremely demanding especially with my back, lots of running, rowing, cycling, skiing as well as ridiculous events with weights. I am determined to do it and do it well so am currently beasting myself at training. I have chosen a charity close to my heart to do it for.
