To put it bluntly, cancer sucks. Sally may have added some more colorful language, but we'll keep it PG. Long term illness often depletes one's resources and prevents preparing for the future. Sally's long fight with cancer unfortunately left her with a few loose ends to tie up.

On behalf of her daughter, Ashley, we are asking you to help us close those ends and close her estate. Whatever may be left will be used to bring her garden back to life, give to the Cedar Lodge Summer Camp Band program she loved so much, and donate to the ASPCA of South Haven.

We want to honor her love for the Earth and gardening, animals, and her great love of music. Please join us in a celebration of her life at Cedar Lodge on Saturday, May 21, 2022 from 4:00 PM (Eastern) until whenever. We'll sit around her piano, sing, eat, and tell stories. While grief is incredibly painful, we plan to celebrate her life in the best way we know how--coming together. I know we'll cry, but we'll also laugh and sing, and that is the part Sally would be expecting.

In lieu of flower arrangements, Ashley would welcome any plant-able flowers or donations made in Sally's memory to the ASPCA of South Haven.
