Sally's echocardiogram

Our little 12 week old border terrier pup Sally has a problem with her heart. The vets need to do an expensive scan to diagnose her condition before they can offer surgery or treatment. The initial scan is going to cost at least £1000. As Sally is so young we have no insurance to cover the cost.
