Sally's fight to beat breast cancer!

If you know Sally, you love Sally. You know her gift for sparking a real friendship. Her genuine questions, the ones that make you feel seen. Her rare ability to just be herself, setting you free to be yourself. Her wise-beyond-her-years advice.
(If you don’t know Sally, you still might have heard of her: as the riff-slaying bassist for an LA rock band, or the leader of an online revolution of free-spirited women. Onstage, online, on a yoga mat, or over a cup of tea, Sally has been there for so many of us—even kindred spirits she has never met in real life.
Now, it’s time for us to be there for her.
On her birthday this October, (2020) Sally was diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer. Being Sally, she’s remaining fierce and strong and ready to battle this horrible disease.
But this is a hard battle: a double mastectomy, chemo, and possibly radiation, all on top of a longtime chronic illness (ME/CFS), during a pandemic, in the dead of Montana winter.
We all know how tough it can be to financially stay afloat during treatment. And she won't be able to work as much during her treatments and I'd love to take the financial burden off her shoulders so she can focus on healing. With the additional risk of Covid, she can't have any visitors and will need to reply even more heavily on services that can help: grocery delivery, mortgage help, snow shoveling, bills, medication, therapy, surgery, co-pays and deductibles, etc. It's a lot and she can't do it alone.
Sally has always given her love, advice, and gift of intuition freely and generously, with no expectation of return. Now, it’s our turn to do the same—get in her corner the way she's always been in ours.
Every dollar given here will help Sally take on a monstrous medical endeavor. Please donate what you can and share widely. Let's get our favorite rockstar to the other side of this and back where she belongs—shining."
