Sally takes on the Alloa Half Marathon

I'm at it again. Fundraising for another exceptionally worthy cause. I first entered the Alloa Half Marathon in March 2020, and it is finally happening on 20th March 2022. I've even tried to follow a proper plan this time. With speed work and everything (this is not fun, I do not recommend).

In light of all those nasty speed sessions the Virtual Garmin Coach has been making me do, I felt it deserved a bit of fundraising. I have chosen to support Plus, without whom I wouldn't be able to work. They are an AMAZING local charity who support children and young people with disabilities. Daisy gets support the mornings I work, to get her ready for school and onto the bus. She also attends their after school club one day a week and she absolutely loves it, particularly all the boys she gets to hang out with! Daisy can't access the same clubs as her brother and sister so I'm ever so grateful that Plus are there to let her experience social and recreational activities. Daisy requires 1-1 support and this is expensive. Please help me raise money to make sure there are plenty of opportunities for children and young people with disabilities in our area.
