My name is Stewart (tattoo stew) Snyder.... 4 yrs ago my wife Sallie was diagnosed with melanoma cancer. A spot was found on her calf and it all began.... Sallie has had 7 surgeries over this time and has 2 more scheduled here soon... 1 of the surgeries is minor out patient and the other is lymphatic replacement to maybe help cure her lymphodema in her leg.... This surgery will put her out of commission for about 4 months for the lymph nodes to take hold and to begin pushing the body fluids again in her leg.... We have struggled mentally, physically and monetarily over this time and we have somehow made it through and my wife Sallie always with a smile no matter what!!!!
We are behind on our bills..... And our drain field needs to be replaced ASAP!!!! We need $620 by Monday June 8th by noon to pay 2 bills.... We will need $2180 to replace the drain field and I figured $3000 would help us with half our bills over the 4 months of Sallie recovery!!!!
I feel weird asking for this and doing this.... But have been told by a bunch of friends to do this..... So what I'm going to do is!!!! I'm an artist... I'm working on 2 paintings!!! The people that help us reach the $620 by Monday June 8th will receive a print of 1 of the paintings and be registered to win the original painting.... Everyone that donates will recieve a print of the 2nd painting and be registered to recieve this print and registered to recieve the original painting!!!! The lymph node replacement surgery will go like this.... 2 weeks everyday before the surgery she will do physical therapy.... Have the surgery, spend 10/14 days in the hospital in traction (the leg cannot move so the lymph nodes can take hold) after that go stay in a living assistance physical therapy facility for 3/4 weeks for the same reason and near the end of the stay to help her get back walking.... And after that is done she will have to go to physical therapy for 3 months everyday!!!!
There are only 6 doctors in the world that perform this surgery so Sallie is blessed that one of these doctors are at her hospital.... But as you see the whole picture is extensive and will put a financial strain on us maybe loosing everything....
