Nel 2013 a Domodossola, nel cuore verde dell’alto Piemonte, nasce Sali e Pistacchi un bar ristorante con cucina e pasticceria vegana che utilizza solo prodotti biologici e prevalentemente locali. Porgendo la massima attenzione a tutti i dettagli cerca di essere etico ed ecologico a 360°. In questi 7 anni, sotto la tenda del nostro dehor che si affaccia sulla medievale piazza del mercato, sono successe tante cose. Oltre ad aver servito tanti pasti vegani e prodotti di ottima qualità abbiamo fatto degustazioni con i produttori, conferenze, presentazioni di libri, concerti e tanto altro. Tutto ciò ci ha resi orgogliosi e felici per essere riusciti a dare il nostro contributo alla realizzazione di un mondo migliore, attraverso scelte etiche e consapevoli, appoggiando contadini e produttori capaci di prendersi cura della terra, appoggiando gli artisti che con il loro impegno quotidiano diffondono bellezza e armonia, attraverso medici, studiosi, e scrittori che contribuiscono alla nostra evoluzione. Adesso, anche in seguito all’emergenza covid, abbiamo bisogno di ampliare la nostra tenda per dare sempre più spazio e protezione ai nostri clienti e al nostro progetto, che vuole andare avanti e continuare ad evolversi ed evolvere.
Abbiamo bisogno del vostro aiuto, la terra con tutti i suoi abitanti ha bisogno del nostro aiuto!

In 2013 in Domodossola in the lush upper region of Piedmont, Italy, “Sali e Pistacchi” was created. A restaurant/bar with vegan cuisine and pastries that use only organic and predominately local products paying utmost attention to ethical and ecological practice. In these 7 years, in the heart of medieval Piazza Mercato, a lot has happened under the awning of our outdoor area. In addition to having served many vegan meals and products of excellent quality, we hosted wine-tastings, conferences, book presentations, concerts and more. All this has made us proud and happy to have been able to make our contribution to the realisation of a better world, through ethical and conscious choices, supporting farmers and producers actively caring for the earth,supporting the artists who daily contribute to the spread of beauty and harmony as well as doctors, scholars, and writers who enrich and support our evolution.  
As a result of the covid emergency, the municipality of Domodossola has recognised the need to allow more outdoor space to keep small restaurants like ours in business. “Sali e Pistacchi”, in order to host a sufficient number of clients to survive economically will need to replace the current awning with a larger one to give more space and protection to our customers and to our project.
