Hello, I’m Salem! I just graduated from high school after dropping out. In 2021, the day before I started high school, my house burnt down. Throughout the year, I struggled with mental and physical health issues. I ended up dropping out for numerous reasons, then moved in with my aunt. Since then, I started a credit recovery and graduated with a 3.8 GPA.

I decided I wanted to follow my dreams of being a tattoo artist and going to cosmetology school to learn new skills and be able to offer more services while apprenticing. I'm interested in offering makeup tattoos, cosmetic services, piercings, and regular tattoos. I want to bring people's visions to life and have my creativity and art shown in any way it can be!

But unfortunately, I do not have a job or license and struggle with finding a job that can sustain not only day-to-day life but also paying for my school supplies and tuition. Financial aid has struggled to help me out, despite having qualified for it. Please help me fulfill my dream career!
