Salaam has the opportunity to visit South Africa in July for 10 days. Housing in Johannesburg will be provided. We are raising funds for her plane ticket and to cover the cost of food and transportation.
From a young age, Salaam took interest in South Africa. In fact, from all of her African studies, she has gravitated the most toward this region. When I told her that we were invited to go, she was super excited! It is a great opportunity (especially for a 12 year old)!
We are trying to raise this money in the next two weeks so we can purchase a ticket before prices go up. It would be such a dream realized for Salaam. As a mother, it is so important to me that my daughter experiences the world and especially Africa. We appreciate any support that we receive.
