Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted supporters,
Last year, our dear friend Sally Morrison suffered a life-changing stroke that affected her mobility and independence. While Sally has shown incredible strength and resilience during her recovery, one major hurdle remains: the loss of movement in her hand — something we often take for granted, but which impacts her every single day.
There is hope.
A specialist rehabilitation glove has been recommended to Sally, designed to help restore movement, improve circulation, and rebuild the connection between her brain and hand. This glove could make a real difference in Sally’s recovery — helping her regain enough mobility to manage simple daily tasks again, like reaching into her handbag or preparing a meal.
The cost of the glove is £350, and although modest in comparison to what it offers, it’s not something Sally and her family can easily afford at the moment.
That’s where we’re hoping our community can come together.
If you can spare even a few pounds, it would mean the world to Sally. Every donation — big or small — will bring her one step closer to a better quality of life and more independence.
Thank you for reading, sharing, and supporting. Let’s help Sally take back what the stroke tried to take from her.
With heartfelt thanks,
