Hello dear friend & dear Sangha friend,

The Shambhala-Buddhist path, the teachings and the practice, accompany me fundamentally and became ground and vision in my life. Through them, I learn how to be helpful to the world and the people I meet in a meaningful way.

This year, I didn’t meet my teacher, my Guru, yet, and aspire to go see him in Switzerland in August. This is important to me as it is nourishing and enriching and helps me to mature a bit further on this path of becoming a kind and compassionate person.

Der Shambhala-buddhistische Pfad, diese Lehren und die Praxis, sind mir Grundlage und Vision meines Lebens geworden. Es ist mein Weg zu lernen, dieser Welt etwas zu geben das sinnvoll und wirklich hilfreich ist.

Dieses Jahr konnte ich meinen Lehrer, meinen Guru, noch nicht persönlich treffen und möchte gerne zu seinem Retreat im August in die Schweiz fahren. Das ist mir wichtig, da es mich nährt und inspiriert und mich ein bisschen weiter bringt in meinem Bemühen, ein gütiger und mitfühlender Mensch zu werden.
