I’m opening up a bakery!

For the past five years, I’ve been bringing my dream to life with Saison. It began in the early months of Covid, when my garden started to bloom and I wanted to share its delights with neighbors and friends. I would deliver weekly boxes full of homemade treats inspired by what was blooming—a simple labor of love. Since then, Saison has grown into a full-fledged catering and baking business. I’ve created bountiful tablescapes and bites for brands I love, made wedding cakes that have fed hundreds, and baked over 40,000 cookies. This has all been out of my apartment.

I grew up in Brooklyn and feel so deeply connected to this community. Bringing my business to life here has been meaningful on so many levels. I’ve long daydreamed about a bakery and shop—somewhere charming and thoughtful. A space that would allow me to not only expand my current catering and cake business, but also open up a shop, offering vintage finds, freshly baked goods, coffee, and light fare for neighbors.

After two years of searching, I’m so excited to share that I have found the perfect space—a sunny, beautiful corner storefront in Bed-Stuy. My dearest friends, Beatrice and Nathan, founders of Studio NTL, are already hard at work designing a beautiful shop. And while we have the space and an incredible team, bringing it to life takes a lot of resources. That’s where I’m hoping you can come in. The funds raised will go directly toward renovations, equipment, and opening costs to transform this space into the bakery I’ve always dreamed of. It truly takes a village, and I’m so lucky this is mine. Your support will help me open Saison’s doors and continue sharing comfort and joy through baking.
