Sailor Roman Medical Bills

Last week Romain was suffering from some health issues. He ended up in the ER for extreme pain and after six hours and numerous tests, they released him not knowing what was wrong.  The next day he began having internal bleeding and ended up back in the ER. But because that hospital doesn’t work with our insurance,  they sent him in an ambulance to another hospital in Hillsboro. (America !) Romain  stayed overnight and they did more  scans and tests and  discovered he had a mass below his liver. They do not know what it is, and said it would take weeks to have the appointments to have a diagnosis. Unfortunately Romain’s pain is too high to wait weeks, so he has returned to France and is being treated in Saint Malo.
