Sailing with MS Together and Oceans of Hope

Hi!

For those of you who don't know me, I'm Hannah, I'm 27 and I have Multiple Sclerosis. I was diagnosed in 2022 and have spent the last few years navigating my new life and the new hurdles in my way!

I'm determined not to let my condition define my life and what I can and can't do!

I've been offered the opportunity to take part in a challenge with the Ocean's of Hope charity who helps people with MS engage in new experiences by learning how to sail

The experience is in May, and we will be sailing around Italy with the whole crew having MS!

I'm looking for some help in fundraising toward the finance cost of the trip, with any additional donations being donated between Oceans of Hope and MS Together (a charity tailored to supporting those under 35, who I volunteer for)
