We have been a small business for a long time  with our food trailer, Saigon Le Vendeur.  Our brick and mortar, Le Bleu, opened about 2 years ago.  We're committed to our work and with that commitment grew committed employees.  Our employees are the real reason we have started this campaign.  With the sales drop, we have let go of some and those that are still here are seeing their paychecks grow smaller.  

This campaign is to help pay to keep our employees afloat through these strange times.  

We have enjoyed serving the community and are committed to remain one of the best banh mi restaurant, and we hope to continue serving Austin's community.
