Saif Khan - Requesting help for my family

                    I am Saif Khan, 48 years old, from Chicago, Illinois (USA).  I was diagnosed with a terrible oral cancer two months ago.  The cancer (malignant neoplasm of floor of mouth & localized lymphadenopathy) had to be treated by surgically removing most of my tongue.  I used to work as a dental technician.  After the surgery, I can't talk properly & due to my routine radiation visits and chemotherapy, I lost my job. 

                   My wife and I live in an apartment in Chicago along with our three teenage children.  After my surgery, there has been extreme hardship for all of us in our family. It has been about 8 weeks that I am unemployed. We are requesting financial help so we can meet our living expenses, and to be able to start a business and continue our children's education.   God has entrusted the wealthy and healthy individuals to help the needy and suffering for which there are immense rewards from Almighty.

                   Both the ailments combined have made it nearly impossible for me to continue to provide proper income for my family. This calamity could strike anyone of us without notice and warning.  We have been struggling since I had open heart quadruple bypass heart surgery 4 years ago.  Fortunately, I did have insurance which has taken care of all my medical expenses.  Since I was the sole bread-winner for my family, I have no other option but to seek crowd funding for basic living expenses and educational expenses for my children.
