Said Tmimi Memorial Fund

Dear Family and Friends,

Today, August 6th at 8:25 am, we lost our dear friend Said Tmimi, the husband of our dear friend Nurul Rahim Tmimi (ex Tourism Malaysia NY).

Said was diagnosed with leukemia in 2007 and was a cancer survivor with a bone marrow transplant. He had endured so much through these past years and he fought hard.  Unfortunately his immune system got the worst of him recently and we lost him this morning after a long battle. 

Said will be flown to Casablanca in a couple of days where he will be laid to rest.

 If you knew Said, you were lucky beyond measure. He was the most joyful, sincere, generous, and  a kind-hearted person.  He was always the first one to offer help to others, be it family, friends, and even strangers.

Said was a wonderful husband, a son, a brother, and most of all an amazing friend to us all.

He will surely be missed by so many.

Al proceeds will go directly to Nurul to help with the funeral and also to help her mitigate any unforeseen costs related to Said’s passing.
