The North American Telugu Society (NATS) Helpline is reaching out to the community with a heavy heart to support the family of Sri Sai Venkata Bapiraju Marella, who passed away on March 22, 2026, in Irving, Texas.
Sri Sai was working as a Senior Technical Architect in the United States and was living with his wife and children in Irving, TX. Originally from Jangareddygudem, Andhra Pradesh, he was a dedicated professional and a responsible family man who worked tirelessly to support and provide for his family.
He was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma (a form of blood cancer) and was also suffering from severe pneumonia. Despite medical efforts, his condition worsened, and he unfortunately passed away, leaving behind his grieving wife and children.
Sri Sai was the sole breadwinner of the family, and his wife is a homemaker. He is survived by his wife and two young children — a 10-year-old son and a 5-year-old daughter. This sudden and tragic loss has placed the family in a very difficult emotional and financial situation, with no immediate support system to rely on.
The family is currently facing:
• Funeral and related expenses
• Immediate household and living expenses
• Ongoing support for the family, especially the young children, during this critical time
At the request of the family, NATS Helpline has initiated this fundraising effort to extend support and stand by them during this difficult time.
We humbly request our community members to come forward and support the family. Your contribution, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference. We also request you to share this cause within your network to help reach more people.
Let us come together as a community and support the Marella family in their time of need.
Thank you for your kindness and support.
