Sahara "Desert Storm" Dempsey Boxing Journey

Hi, we are seeking donations and sponsorship for 16yr old Sahara "Desert Storm" Dempsey. Sahara is a promising young indigenous female boxer from Townsville fighting under the Club of North Coast Combat Fitness, Townsville.

Sahara commenced boxing at the age of 12yrs old winning her very first competitive fight at just 13yrs old.

Sahara just fought in Melbourne U19 National titles bringing home the Gold medal, which led to her to be invited to join a training camp in the Philippines at the end of July. With such short notice we are asking families to donate and support her on her journey to the Philippines. Sahara is a very dedicated and talented boxer and have many achievements under her belt including being selected by Boxing QLD to be the Ambassador at the NQ Games 2022 held in Townsville. Sahara has a big year with upcoming events such as her trip to the Philippines (training camp) , Golden Gloves in Brisbane, and Challenge belt competition in Brisbane.

Your kind and generous donations will provide Sahara with flights and accommodation and anything else that she may need to fulfil her boxing journey.
