Sage suffered a bad fall on May 17 and fractured 5 bones, his sacrum, a spinal vertebra, and the heels of both feet. After being hospitalized for a week, he was discharged and is now stable and recovering at home. He is currently wheelchair-bound and in need of constant care for the next six weeks; however, there are no pediatric visiting nurses available at this time, leaving his mom Amber to manage it all alone.
