Sage's Path: Name Change and Relief

Hello all! As you may or may not know, my name is Sage Sweeting. I am a recent cosmetology grad, and I currently live in Long Island, NY. I have been socially transitioning for 6 1/2 years and have been medically transitioning for about 4. There's so many things that I need to help with my dysphoria, but right now I need help legally changing my name.
