We’re proud to announce the launch of Operation SafeKillie, a brand-new initiative in East Ayrshire designed to tackle the rise in incidents in Kilmarnock town centre—starting tomorrow.
This multi-agency effort brings together local authorities, emergency services, and community organisations to create a safer, more supportive environment, especially during busy weekends and evenings.
What to Expect:
-Increased visibility of support teams on the ground
-Better coordination between services
-A strong focus on prevention and early intervention
-Protection for both the public and frontline workers
-Reduced pressure on emergency services
Meet the Team:
-A Medical Controller with direct links to additional emergency services
-A dedicated Welfare Team
-Trained Responders on patrols ready to assist wherever needed
Where & When: We’ll be based at the EACH building and operational during:
Fridays: 18:00 – 02:30
Saturdays: 18:00 – 03:00

Halloween
Hogmanay
Major football days
Other large-scale local gatherings
