Safeguarding the future of Kensho BJJ

My name is Amy and I am the co-founder of Kensho BJJ, a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu club in Consett. We are a not for profit sports club.

Our head coach and co-founder Michael recently passed away due to mental health issues.

We need to move the club to new premises in order to remain open.

We are raising funds to help with the move, to help with costs setting up, buying new equipment and also would like to continue raising money to safeguard our future.

We will shortly be linking in with a mental health charity to offer support to those affected by mental health problems.

We want to build a legacy for Michael that will continue to operate for years to come
