I’m Mike Crowder. I have been fighting untreated chronic pain for nearly five years that continues to become more intense. Now I am about to undergo several procedures over a two-month period that will hopefully and prayerfully provide me with significant long-term pain relief. I could be pain-free.

I will need to be at the Wellness Institute (one of the best chiropractic clinics in Middle Tennessee) two to three days each week for two months. It’s a 90-minute round trip.

My mother and I have a car, but driving long distances can be extremely painful and tiring for me. My mother goes with me, but I don’t trust myself with her safety, or with the safety of others on the roads. The entire 90-minute round trip is on interstates.

I am raising money to pay for Uber rides to and from the Wellness Institute. It’s a much safer option that will not leave me in so much pain.

I don’t want anyone to spend too much time reading this plea, so I will spare you my story.
