Help Kickstart Our Sanctuary

Hi, I’m Josh, and I’m building something that’s been a long time coming: a nonprofit sanctuary and rehabilitation center for exotic pets and native wildlife that need a second chance. Too many animals—raccoons, reptiles, parrots, possums, and other misunderstood or mistreated creatures—end up in neglectful situations or are abandoned altogether. Others are injured or orphaned native wildlife with no place to go and not many trained to help. I want to change that. This fundraiser will help me cover the critical startup costs to launch a legally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to both the ethical care of exotic pets and the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of native wildlife. 

Your support will help fund:

 • Filing fees and legal paperwork to register the nonprofit

 • Required state classes and permits to become a educated & licensed wildlife rehabber

 • Initial infrastructure and supplies to provide safe housing and care

 • Veterinary costs and basic medical care for injured animals

 • Education and outreach materials to promote responsible care and coexistence
