El Morocco Restaurant is a family owned local business in Pleasant Hill, California. We've been in business for 42 years!
It’s not easy to ask for help, but COVID-19 sanctions really hit us hard, and our staff, building landlord, and vendors are all suffering as a result, so we’re asking for your help.
It’s incredibly sad to even consider this... but there’s a big possibility we may never be able to open our doors again, if this continues much longer!
So, if we've helped to make Your Birthday, Your Anniversary, Your Company Party, Your Valentine's Day, Your Father's Day, Your Mother's Day, Your New Year's Eve, or even just Your Evening, a fantastic and memorable event, please help with whatever you can.
And if we've never had the privilege of having you as our guest, but you understand, and respect, the plight of a local business owner, especially now, and you’re able to help, we would appreciate it more than words could ever express!
We’ve enjoyed serving our community as local business owners. Over four decades, we’ve been able to welcome and serve our wonderful guests, who we consider more like family than guests. And we wouldn’t trade that for the world, but losing our primary source of income, and watching our team and our vendors suffer as well, has been so incredibly difficult!
Our primary goal is to raise enough money to cover our rent, cover the money owed to our vendors/landlord, and cover paying our staff the wages and compensation they've lost and continue to lose.
Any money raised, will be put toward taking care of everyone else first. If we achieve that, we will be so grateful, and if there's anything left for us, that would be an additional blessing!
