Safe Delivery of Chemotherapy : Attendance at ARGO 2025
Donation protected
Hello Everyone,
I am a member of the Memorial Sloan Kettering Global Cancer Research and Training Program (MSK GCRT) and have been working with my colleagues at the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital Complex (OAUTHC) in Ile Ife, Nigeria, on a multidisciplinary project focused on the safe delivery of chemotherapy.
Our mission is simple but critical: to improve chemotherapy safety—protecting both patients and healthcare workers.
This September will mark the 11th Annual International Oncology Symposium, organized by the African Research Group for Oncology (ARGO)—a National Cancer Institute–recognized consortium that includes Nigerian hospitals, Memorial Sloan Kettering, and Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
The symposium is a vital opportunity for my Nigerian colleagues to share their work (including presentations), exchange knowledge, build collaborations, and strengthen cancer care delivery.
I am asking for your support to help cover their registration costs so they can attend.
$49 for physicians
$26 for nurses, pharmacists, and environmental workers
Your contribution will directly enable them to participate, learn, and bring these skills and insights back to their community. No amount is too small.
