Save Bar O Tannenbaum

Donation protected
Dear Tannenbaum Visitors & Friends,

He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named (but named here anyway) 'The Corona Virus Crisis' has knocked on Tannenbaum's doors, too.
We have been discussing and following the crisis closely during the last weeks and have constantly been on the edge of 'shall we close our doors or not'.

Now that closure for an unknown period is a fact (at least till April 19, but a longer period seems most likely) as well as canceling the cosy and crazy nights at the bar, we are facing financial issues and need all the help we can get with that.

Even though the bar is generally doing really great, it is very small (60m2) and therefore the profit is not so high. With a bar this size there is no real possibility to save money and creating the headroom needed for a crisis scenario like this.
To give you an idea: The revenue from the first three weeks every month is solely used to cover our expenditures. The 4th week and mainly the last weekend, is what creates an income for us.

So within one week of closure our income from the bar will be gone and within two weeks we won't be able to cover the rent and the other expenditures that remain after closing. (insurances and a few other costs)
Also like most businesses we pay most of our other bills (beer/wine/ bouncer etc) with a two or more weeks delay - these bills will have to be paid, soon.

In total we need 2300 € for each month closed to pay our fixed costs and keep the bar from closure.
We understand that it's easier to ask for help with these costs than with our income; as many of you might have little or maybe nothing at all at the moment.
Given the case you can extend your help to providing an income for us beyond our fixed Tannenbaum costs and open invoices, we would highly appreciate it as we have rent and insurance to pay privately as well.

In short: With 2300 € per month we can pay our Tannenbaum bills, with everything on top we can (partly) pay our open bills and private bills.

Realistically this will last at least 5  weeks, but we consider 2 to 3 months to be very well possible, too - as there are no signs and science pointing to a short crisis period.

Thanks for reading and your support!

Keep safe &
Hope you're all good and will survive this crisis, too >>>>
