SAE Active Scholarship Fund

Hello from the California Alpha chapter of Sigma Alpha Epsilon! We represent SAE at Stanford University, and we've established this page with the goal of creating a scholarship fund for our actives' member dues.

One of our chapter's biggest priorities is ensuring that all brothers, current and future, are able to enjoy the benefits associated with being a member of Cal Alpha.  To do this, we aim to establish a scholarship fund for our members, to aid in the financial aspect of membership.  Currently, not all of our actives have the same ability to pay our quarterly dues; many are on scholarship or financial aid from the school and, as much as they would like to, cannot always afford to pay the full costs of membership each quarter. 

Cal Alpha does not discriminate between prospective members based on the ability to pay dues; we give bids based on merit, welcoming all those who exhibit the qualities required to be upstanding members of Sigma Alpha Epsilon.  It is our goal to create an environment in which no brother, present or future, need worry about the financial stress of dues, and that none feel that their own personal financial situations restrict them from participating fully in fraternity activities, or from joining the fraternity as prospective new members.  We believe that a with a scholarship fund, we could accomplish this goal. 

 We ask that you consider making a contribution towards the creation of a scholarship for the payment of dues.  No amount is too large or too small; donate that which you find acceptable, and we currently at Stanford will be grateful.  With your assistance, we can make Cal Alpha a stronger and more cohesive brotherhood for future generations.  Thank you for your consideration, and best wishes in all of your endeavors.
