Sadie’s Vet Cost After Fire

April 3rd, 2025, my grandparents' basement caught fire, causing the fire to spread upstairs. While everyone was okay, they did lose a couple of kitties. While in the process of trying to get all of the animals out, Sadie would not come out. She's a rescue dog that went through a lot in the past, so the stress from everything made her go to her safe space. Unfortunately, she was left in the house for about 45 mins inhaling all the smoke. Firefighters were able to get her out; she was very unresponsive, but medics were able to give her oxygen, and she showed some life. She is now at the emergency vet hospital with a long road to recovery as she is still needing oxygen due to her lungs being in rough shape from the smoke.

While insurance was able to cover a lot, it would not help with the extremely expensive vet bill that my grandparents are facing.

Anything helps. At the least, please keep my grandma, papa, and cousin in your prayers as they have pretty much lost everything.
