Hi, I'm Sadie. I am 5 years old, Pembroke welsh corgi. I was adopted by my new family in March 2017.

On September 24, 2017. Mommy notices me had blood in urine (haematuria). After consulting my vet and a specialist, with tons of tests, they found a kidney stone stuck in the ureter (the tube).

My new mommy got pet insurance right after she got me but the insurance company said this is a pre-existing condition, so this surgery is NOT cover.

The fund that raise here will be use for my kidney stone removal surgery on (Sat 30 September, 2017) and for the medication after the surgery. The vet estimate it would be about $8900 dollars to do this surgery includes:
