Hi my name is Erin Whalen. My sister Jessica Swanson and brother in law Ray Swanson lost their daughter, my niece Sadie Rae Swanson last night. We are all heartbroken. She had liver disease and was on the right track to receiving a new liver until she ran into some complications. She is the strongest, bravest 1 year old I will ever meet in my life. Sadie, Jess and Ray showed tremendous strength and perseverance over the last 13 months in and out of hospitals and doctor visits. I am asking if everyone could show their support to Sadie, Jess, and Ray at this time while having to plan their babies funeral. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts.
