Save Sadie❤️

Sadie is our special girl. She is the happiest, bounciest Boxer you’ll ever meet. She is active, healthy and happy otherwise!

Unfortunately, she has been diagnosed with a highly aggressive form of Mast Cell Tumor in her lip/nose area. The doctors have given us 5-10 weeks without the surgery.

She is set to undergo a surgery called a nasal planum resection, which means she will lose all her front teeth and nose. She will need nasal cannulas placed so we can form “nostrils” for her. It is a considerable procedure for her and, unfortunately, a huge cost that comes with it. Her surgery date is Wednesday, Oct 5th.

We have been referred to the specialists and have been able to afford the workup, which you can see below.

On top of the workup, we now have to pay for the surgery and need some help. We have been quoted $5,600-$6,700. It’s been a tough decision on how to proceed as we know how aggressive this surgery is and how hard the postoperative care will be. However, after our consult with our surgeon, the only way to save her is to proceed with surgery and remove her mast cell tumor. She is our world, and she makes our days brighter and our hearts full, so here we are proceeding with the surgery and hoping to receive some help.
