Sadaqah Jariyah Water Plant for Our Beloved Mum – Tasleem Bibi

Bismillah.

Our mum was a kind, loving, and generous woman. She was always thinking of others and gave from the heart, whether it was her time, her care, or her support. Mum was loved by everyone who knew her — she had a friendly nature and the most wonderful smile that could light up any room.

She believed deeply in sadaqah and one of her last wishes was for all her belongings to be donated to those in need — not just given, but given sincerely by us, her children, with our own niyyah and effort. That was the kind of person she was — always wanting to give, and to teach us to give too.

We’re raising £10,000 to build a clean water plant in Vehari, Multan (Village 60WB, Pakistan) in her memory. This village of 30,000+ people struggles daily without access to clean water.

In her honour, this water plant is being established as a form of Sadaqah Jariyah. We ask Allah ﷻ that every drop of water it provides becomes a means of continuous reward (ajr) for her, a light in her grave, and a source of mercy on the Day of Judgement. May it weigh heavily on her scale of good deeds and draw her closer to Jannatul-Firdaus. Ameen.
