Sadaqah Jariyah for our father, Parvez

Salaam, I'm Imran and one of my fathers sons based in Croydon, London.

After speaking with some of my father's family, it is apparent that many would like to contribute towards something beneficial for him.

An idea of Water Pumps were presented to me so we'd like to aim for 2 water pumps if we have a wider range of family who would like to contribute anything at all.

For anyone who doesn't understand what Sadaqah Jariyah is, the easiest way to explain is that it is an on-going and continuous donation/charity. This benefits the donater during and after their life. Water Pumps are a good example as the poor and needy will have access to clean water and benefit them as long as they live.

The Pumps will be donated in his chosen name.

I have been looking at a few websites and stumbled across this Charity. Depending on how much money is raised, there are a few options available in different price ranges.
